Delivery Process
Gratify deliveries are handled by NZ Couriers, a company that offers the highest level of professionalism.
FREE shipping for any orders with 3 or more bottles
Please note that when you buy 1-get-1-free this constitutes only purchasing one bottle as the second one is free. In order to receive free shipping in this instance you must purchase 3 (and receive 3 free). Free shipping is valid to one address only.
Non-rural (excludes PO Boxes) Courier throughout New Zealand $8.00 and $4.25 for 1 item under 100g/ml
Deliveries will be despatched on receipt of payment, weekdays only, subject to stock being available. Allow 1-2 working days for delivery
Rural Deliveries $10.50 and $8.00 for 1 item under 100g/ml
North Island - 1-2 working days
South Island - 2-3 working days
PO Box Deliveries $10.50 and $8.00 for 1 item under 100g/ml
We use NZ Post for our PO Box deliveryes please allow 2-3 working days for delivery. Please note we are unable to send any aerosols or dangerous goods via NZ Post so you will be asked to provide a street address for these items.
Christmas Deliveries
Our suppliers will be closed over the statutory holidays so deliveries may be delayed. Most suppliers will be up and running on the 4th January.
International orders
Please email us with your details and product information.
On receipt of your email you will then be sent an invoice link with a credit card payment option.
Processing time for International consignments will be the same as our local service.
