What if my order hasn't arrived in the estimated time?

If you are waiting to receive your parcel and you think it should have arrived by now:

• The delivery times listed are from the time the parcel is dispatched, not from the time the order was placed.

• 'Working days' is Monday to friday, it does not include public holidays.
• If sent via courier please ring NZ Couriers on 0800 800 841 (from a landline) and quote the satchel number we emailed you to see if they are holding your parcel - sometimes the courier card they leave can be misplaced.
• If sent via NZ Post check at your local post office/mail centre to see if they are holding your parcel - sometimes the courier card they leave can be misplaced.

• If the parcel is being delivered to your work, check with colleagues/mailroom.

• Still no parcel? email us your details and order number and we will get to the bottom of it.
